Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY: 

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on Monday. Orders placed on our site by 12pm PST, Monday-Friday, will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 12pm PST may ship the following business day.
We ship every order in discreet, smell proof packaging with no branding. Holidays may affect shipping. If you have further questions about your order or shipping, please visit our contact page to reach out.

We ship using primarily UPS. "Free Shipping" selection will be shipped via the fastest/cheapest option available at the time. We Do Not Ship This Product To The Following States; Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, & Virginia. We also do not ship internationally. 

All carriers are no longer offering refunds for expedited shipments that do not arrive on time. Revelry Hemp will not refund expedited shipments that are delayed due to carrier error or congestion.

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order is placed. You will also receive a second tracking notification email when a label has been created for your shipment and it is ready to leave our door. 

Please be sure to double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an error is made, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist. However, once the package is in transit, we may not be able to correct the address.
